Tyler's gray is a seasoned general contractor with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. As the founder of multiple successful businesses—including a dumpster rental service, a handyman and contracting company, and property rentals—he brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge in building, business operations, and entrepreneurship. In addition to his work in construction, he is also a part-owner of a sober living facility, demonstrating his commitment to community impact and recovery support. A dedicated family man, he is proud to be married with four children and three grandchildren. His story is one of hard work, growth, and giving back.
Matt Strong is the owner of Sierra-West Funding, which provides quick funding for short term real estate projects, typically fix n flip or other single family investments. Since 2011, has funded over 1,500 transactions and 450 million in volume . Matt got his start in real estate in 2004 by actively buying and selling his own properties and has purchased and resold over 425 single family homes in Utah by utilizing value add strategies (typically known as “fix n flip”). Matt is also an active buy and hold investor and received a Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (Real Estate emphasis) from the University of Utah in 2001.
