Refund Policy:

SLREIA Refund & Transfer Policy for Seminars / Workshop / Bus Tour events • 30+ Days Before Event If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may request a full refund of your registration/ticket fee, provided the request is made at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date. • 29 Days or Less Before Event If cancellation occurs within thirty (29) days of the event, you may substitute another participant in your place. To transfer your registration, please contact SLREIA no later than twenty-five (25) days prior to the event date. A transfer fee of $15 will apply. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to transfer your registration, SLREIA will convert the amount paid into a non-refundable event credit valid for up to twelve (12) months from the original event date. The credit will equal the exact amount originally paid and may be applied toward a future seminar or event. Additional charges may apply if the future event price exceeds the original registration amount. Certain restrictions may apply. • 7 Days or Less Before Event If you cancel within seven (7) days of the event, SLREIA may, at its sole discretion, issue a non-refundable event credit. However, SLREIA is under no obligation to provide a refund or credit, and you may forfeit the full registration amount. • Day of Event / No-Show Policy No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the event or for failure to attend as a no show. • Complimentary Registrations Previously transferred registrations and complimentary tickets are not eligible for transfer. Complimentary enrollments are valid only for the specific event date listed in the written confirmation and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
