Dominick has been in Real Estate for over 27 years and attended his first creative real estate investor training in July 2003 and 7 months later he purchased a rental with $10 down through a Lease Option. He has experience in the following areas of real estate investing: Creative Financing / Seller Financing, Lease Option, Subject-to, AITD’s, Seller Carry Back, Trust’s, Note and Deed, Options, 1031 exchanges & using the BRRRR strategy with Acquisitions.

He's a fulltime investor while helping consult other real estate investors on “how to” Find, Negotiate and Profit from real estate deals. He’s helped many clients achieve financial freedom through flipping real estate and the acquisitions of rentals to earn passive income.

He’s served on the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association (SLREIA) board for the past 8 years!

He’s married and has a daughter, a son and a 4-year-old granddaughter. Next to real estate investing, his other passion is being a soccer fan…and his favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo and favorite teams are Real Madrid and RSL!

  • Corey Dutton is a real estate lender and the founder of Private Money Utah and High West Lending. Corey specializes in the placement of private debt funds and lends on both residential and commercial real estate in the Mountain West Region of the U.S., including Utah, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, and Nevada. Corey obtained her MBA in 2005 from Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management. Corey is originally from Austin, Texas and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Corey is the President of a trails foundation that builds recreational and transportation trails in rural areas of Utah.

  •  Matt Strong is the owner of Sierra-West Funding, which provides quick funding for short term real estate projects, typically fix n flip or other single family investments. Since 2011, funded over 1,300 transactions and 370 million in volume . Matt got his start in real estate in 2004 by actively buying and selling his own properties and has purchased and resold over 425 single family homes in Utah by utilizing value add strategies (typically known as “fix n flip”). Matt is also an active buy and hold investor and received a Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (Real Estate emphasis) from the University of Utah in 2001. In addition to the MRED degree, Matt is an active RE Broker and Loan Officer in UT.

She has been in and out of the Real Estate world since she graduated High School where she worked at a mortgage company while attending college. Her biggest break from Real Estate was while she lived in Maui and worked on sailing catamarans as both Captain and Crew. She found her way back to the “Mainland” and has made her home here in Utah. She vowed to never re-marry or buy Real Estate, however she just recently got married to her husband, Travis and they added a rental property to their portfolio.
