Dominick has been in Real Estate for over 27 years and attended his first creative real estate investor training in July 2003 and 7 months later he purchased a rental with $10 down through a Lease Option. He has experience in the following areas of real estate investing: Creative Financing / Seller Financing, Lease Option, Subject-to, AITD’s, Seller Carry Back, Trust’s, Note and Deed, Options, 1031 exchanges & using the BRRRR strategy with Acquisitions.

He's a fulltime investor while helping consult other real estate investors on “how to” Find, Negotiate and Profit from real estate deals. He’s helped many clients achieve financial freedom through flipping real estate and the acquisitions of rentals to earn passive income.

He’s served on the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association (SLREIA) board for the past 8 years!

He’s married and has a daughter, a son and a 4-year-old granddaughter. Next to real estate investing, his other passion is being a soccer fan…and his favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo and favorite teams are Real Madrid and RSL!

  • Corey Dutton is a real estate lender and the founder of Private Money Utah and High West Lending. Corey specializes in the placement of private debt funds and lends on both residential and commercial real estate in the Mountain West Region of the U.S., including Utah, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, and Nevada. Corey obtained her MBA in 2005 from Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management. Corey is originally from Austin, Texas and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Corey is the President of a trails foundation that builds recreational and transportation trails in rural areas of Utah.

Jeff is an attorney, real estate investor, title company owner, private lender and real estate educator living in Salt Lake City with over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry. As an attorney, Jeff has engaged in creating multimillion-dollar syndications, thousands of business formations as well as family and asset protection structures. Jeff is also uniquely experienced in the use of retirement account self-direction in real estate investing. Jeff is the owner of REI Title and escrow officer focusing on commercial closings. He currently holds a mortgage loan originator’s license and was previously a licensed agent for almost a decade. Jeff has served on the boards of multiple local real estate associations. He shares his extensive knowledge with other investors on a regular basis through public speaking and his own educational platform. Through his career, Jeff had been involved in over 5000 residential and commercial real estate transactions, seeing them from multiple perspectives. He is the author of 3 historical fiction novels and is a former champion marathoner and triathlete.
