A master of seller financing, Dakota became a millionaire at the age of 21, and intends to add 40 more doors to his portfolio and retire by 25 at the end of 2020.

He has been a Rental Property Manager, Project Manager on rehabs, and currently buys investment properties for his firm to Flip, Hold as rentals, or Wholesale to qualified buyers.

Jeff is an attorney and investor living in Salt Lake City, As an attorney he practices asset protection, real estate and investment transaction. He has been an attorney since 1995. He has also been a real estate investor since 2000, a real estate agent for 8 years, is currently an escrow officer and real estate entrepreneur and educator. He is a regular speaker, locally and nationally, to various groups on legal issues of real estate investment, self-direction, asset protection and corporate liability. Jeff is a board member and attorney for the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association, been a board member and education coordinator for the Utah REIA, as well as a board member of two non-profit organizations and a Salt Lake City community councilman. He has created over 1000 business and protection entities, worked with 1000s clients and been a part of 1000s of real estate investment transactions. He currently has both residential and commercial investment properties and private lender.

Juston Puchar is a problem solver. After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad in college Juston knew that real estate would be his career. He began in the mortgage industry, where he was quick to catch on to the game of finance and the influence of sales. While originating mortgages, he quickly realized he understood the inner workings of real estate, and investing became a natural transition.

He has worked representing large banks on REO assets, negotiated short sales, bought at foreclosure auctions, and continually utilizes creative financing methods- all key tools in acquiring and keeping real wealth.

Juston has also consulted in over 20 states, with both novice and experienced investors. Bringing his wide array of skills to the forefront in our ever-changing market; he enjoys the process of finding opportunities and avoiding risk.

Juston actively maintains a portfolio of real estate and spends his time in short and long-term investments. His ability to see the end result and quick decision making are key disciplines in prosperity.

Of course, Juston’s favorite place to invest is at home with his family. He enjoys the outdoors, is an avid cyclist, and loves almost anything that allows him to compete. He and his family reside in Cottonwood Heights.

Dominick Attended his first Real Estate training in July 2003 and 8 months later, using a Lease Option strategy he purchased his first Single Family Residence with $10 down and resold it on a Lease Option. Over the course of 14 years he has Bought and Sold over 30 properties with no money down strategies. He has performed short sales on properties and in one case he negotiated a hundred and twenty-thousand-dollar lien down to twenty-five thousand accepted settlement. He has purchased property using various purchase methods such as a hard money, notes and deed of trust, wraps, Land Trust, Subject to and Lease Option. He has wholesaled properties to multiple Real Estate Investors within in the last 16 months utilizing some other methods addressed above.

He is currently a board member of the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association. He has found a lot of value with giving back to those members of local REIA’s who want to enhance their knowledge quicker. He works with MJA Real Consulting on their acquisitions team. His responsibilities include finding, negotiating, consulting and assisting investors to build their portfolio. In addition to loving real estate investing and the lifestyle it can provide. He is a happy husband, proud family of 2 children and loves soccer… He has a man crush for Cristiano Ronaldo!

Alan started his career in investing in 2016 after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. After reading the book he knew that he needed to change his way of thinking or he would always be working for someone else and would never obtain his goals in life. With a background in Sales, Management, and the web hosting industry, he is now managing SLERIA’s website, and attends as many meetings as he can so he can learn as much as he can. He has hundreds of hours in real estate training, including the rich dad training program, and is a licensed realtor in the state of Utah. He has helped many families into their dream home and would love to help you, your friends, and your family with any of your real estate needs. Patti is a full-time real estate professional and investor and works with her husband David Royster as a real estate team. They have been landlords since before they were married 27 years ago! Her and her husband own commercial real estate, residential real estate, out of state rentals, AirBNB properties and have flipped over 15 properties here in Utah. Patti got her real estate license in Arizona in 2012, flipped a property in her first year and never looked back! Patti moved to Utah in 2013 and continues doing what she truly loves which is helping buyers, sellers and investors, real estate investing for her and her husband by flipping homes, wholesaling, and wholetailing. She truly loves what she does for a living! Patti has a BS in Business from Brigham Young University and enjoys putting it to use in her real estate ventures. She is passionate about real estate and her mantra is “To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is service and integrity.” Networking and real estate clubs like SLREIA are a brilliant way to learn more about real estate investing and building a long lasting business. Dave along with his wife Patti are a full time real estate investing team primarily focused in Utah and Salt Lake County owning a few additional properties in the Midwest. In addition to residential, they have experience in commercial property and AirBNB. Have owned rental properties since 1990 and has been the investing partner of rehabs since 2008. Dave left the corporate world in 2012 as a marketing and engineering professional where he traveled throughout US, Europe and Asia. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from BYU and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Like many others, Rich Dad Poor Dad inspired me. The book Traction from Gino Wickman has given me an incredible road map for running a successful business. I have also gained a great appreciation for the free information available with podcast such as Bigger Pockets, Wholesaler Inc. To be successful I found it is also very important to investing into your business through coaching and attending paid high quality seminars. It is important to surround yourself with successful people. SLREIA has greatly helped me in my development and am happy to be part of the SLREIA family.

Matt is a principal in Sierra-West Capital, which provides funding for short term real estate projects. To date SWC has funded over 590 transactions and 125 million in volume. Matt got his start in real estate in 2004 by actively buying and selling his own properties and has purchased and re-sold over 400 single family homes since by utilizing value add strategies (typically known as “fix n flip”). Matt received a Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (Real Estate emphasis) from the University of Utah in 2001. Matt has been a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors since 2001 as a sales agent and since 2007 has held a Broker’s license. MOST importantly, Matt is married to the most awesome human ever – Bree Strong and has 3 equally as cool kids; Birkley, Peyton and Wilder.

He has been investing in real estate for the past six years and has a passion for it. He and his wife are the proud parents of a four year old daughter and son on the way. We’re not working, they enjoy vacations in Moab, California, and going on cruises.

In 2019 she joined the board of SLREIA to put her skills to good use and learn from her peers.
