• Elizabeth grew up in Mexico as the youngest born to a single mother. Though she started her life in the U.S. with no worldly possessions no money for food and no ability to speak the language or even knowing the currency of this country, she has achieved financial security and established a multi-faceted set of business profit centers in the state of Utah, which range from a cleaning business to real estate sales, flipping homes, and investment activities.

•  Matt Strong is the owner of Sierra-West Funding, which provides quick funding for short term real estate projects, typically fix n flip or other single family investments. Since 2011, funded over 1,300 transactions and 370 million in volume . Matt got his start in real estate in 2004 by actively buying and selling his own properties and has purchased and resold over 425 single family homes in Utah by utilizing value add strategies (typically known as “fix n flip”). Matt is also an active buy and hold investor and received a Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (Real Estate emphasis) from the University of Utah in 2001. In addition to the MRED degree, Matt is an active RE Broker and Loan Officer in UT.

He is an expert in innovative financing solutions. He Engages in Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions alongside Land Development activities in Southern Utah. Jenise is an Escrow Officer for US Title in the Sugarhouse location. She has been in and out of the Real Estate world since she graduated High School where she worked at a mortgage company while attending college. Her biggest break from Real Estate was while she lived in Maui and worked on sailing catamarans as both Captain and Crew. She found her way back to the “Mainland” and has made her home here in Utah. She vowed to never re-marry or buy Real Estate, however she just recently got married to her husband, Travis and they added a rental property to their portfolio. As new investors and are looking forward to the opportunities ahead. Jenise enjoys summertime, travel, wine and potato juice sampling and cooking.

Will Raidle has been in the hard money lending/private debt industry with Indicate Capital since 2016 and has worked on over 1,900 real estate transactions totaling in excess of $850MM dollars lent out in commercial and residential real estate through investment and construction loans. Will is also an active real estate investor and licensed Realtor who is always looking for his next investment opportunity. Outside of real estate Will has a passion for spending his time outdoors mountain biking, snowboarding, skateboarding, camping, and exploring to find the best food in town.
