Jedidiah Wick is a seasoned real estate strategist who helps investors, operators, and capital partners navigate the critical boundaries of deal structuring in the wholesale, rehab, and multifamily syndication markets. His perspective is grounded not only in his advisory work but in his own early journey as a new investor—a period where he studied private banking practices and learned firsthand the importance of building deals on transparency, and mutual trust. As a founding member of TCC, a private wealth community, Jedidiah has built strong networks around capital stewardship and investor protection. having co-hosted major events with and for global business leaders such as Grant Cardone and Sir Richard Branson, he has helped shape conversations around entrepreneurship, capital, and strategic growth. Jedidiah has also served as a trusted independent consultant to HomeVestors of America franchise owners, advising on acquisitions, financing, and exit strategies. His expertise extended to the federal level when he was called as an expert witness for the FBI, Homeland Security, and the SEC in the 2019–2021 investigation into Platinum Enterprises an experience that sharpened his ability to spot red flags and protect investors from misaligned incentives and predatory practices.

Today, Jedidiah is dedicated to equipping the wholesale investor community with the tools to succeed in a high-stakes environment. His presentations highlight: The pitfalls of poorly structured private money deals. The key questions every investor should ask a sponsor before funding a deal. Proven strategies for creating agreements that protect capital, preserve relationships, and build long-term trust.
