JR McLaughlin has been involved in real estate for over twenty years.  Over those years he had many mentors, financial friends and real estate allies.  An extensive sales background, experience as a licensed lender and real estate broker have helped him be a better property manager and landlord.  Fortunately he married well and his inlaws have been kind enough to let him come along for the ride in their commercial and multi-family projects.  JR loves any type of creative financing, especially creating and structuring deals in which all involved will benefit.  On the third Friday of each month you will find him facilitating the monthly meeting for the greater Salt Lake area National Council of Exchangors.
