After more than a decade of building his personal and professional portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate, Dave’s extensive expertise, attention to detail, relentless focus on value creation, and leadership experience now guides Axia’s fund management.
Louie Hamner
Louie Hamner got his start in the title insurance industry as an escrow officer in June of 2003. In January 2004 he was dismissed and was told, “We are letting you go because we thought you’d be a rockstar in this business and clearly you are not that.”
Undaunted, Louie opened his own branch of a local title company the next year. He built one of the largest title companies in Utah and sold Vanguard Title in December of 2021 to Fidelity National Title. He presently functions as the president of Fidelity Title here in Utah.
Over the years Louie has devoted his life to inspiring people to discover their life purpose and empowering them to act courageously to achieve their ambitions. His devotion to self-development, and his incredible drive for passing on his knowledge has made him an icon of leadership in the real estate industry.
Louie was born in Nashville, Tennessee and grew up in a rural farming community in Indiana. Louie currently lives in Bluffdale with his wife Vivian - the love of his life -and has three beautiful children.
