Stacey bought her first home in 2013, fixed it up and sold it for a large profit. From then on, she was
hooked on the power of Real Estate Investing as a way of life. Stacey is actively pursuing a large portfolio
of long-term real estate and (along with her husband) they currently own 22 doors, all in Utah. She is
full-time Real Estate Professional, who as a licensed sale agent has consistently ranked in the top 5% of
her brokerage, Real Broker. She serves on the board of the Salt Lake Real Estate Association as the
membership outreach coordinator, and on the board of the Utah Real Estate Investor Association as the
Women in Real Estate Chair.
Before becoming a Real Estate Investor, she worked as a Scientist. Most recently at Huntsman Cancer
Institute as a Clinical Research Coordinator. She has always had a passion for helping people. She has
two bachelor’s degrees from Utah State University - Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and
Biology. Her and her husband, Dallas Chaffin, love networking with other Real Estate Investors, always
learning, growing, and developing what it takes to be in this industry. They both love serving on the
board of SLREIA and Utah REIA, which has greatly enhanced their careers and given them both so much.
However, the greatest job of all is raising their two young children, Alexa, and Ezra. They plan to teach
them about Estate Planning and start them on the path to Real Estate Investing at a young age.
