Ann Atkin has always had an Entrepreneur spirit and dabbled in real estate buying her first house at the age of 17 in St. George. She works full time in the W-2 world as the owner of Meth Mob Decontamination Specialists, and currently has 5 rental homes. She has owned rental for most of her adult life. Throughout the years she has done 12 fix and flips, bought and sold many properties and does hard money loans. She owns her own home, recreational cabin/RV property and a home in St. George. She finds success in building her retirement in real estate. She has a more conservative investment style vs the get rich quick style. Both work. It’s all about her risk tolerance. Her nights and weekends are filled with loving 22 grandkids that love to “hang” together, 4-wheeling at the cabin and a round of golf here and there. She was born and raised in St. George but has spent the last 40 years in Provo-Orem so both feel like home. She has been married to Kim for 35 years and they enjoy working on the house and vacation time together. She is a lover of ‘Human-kind”, be both!

Lance Paulson opened his Agency on December 1st, 2007 in South Jordan, UT with a client base of 0. After almost a year in business, Lance relocated the office to Midvale. Then in 2018 he purchased a multi-use building, in Cottonwood Heights, where the main office is located today. He also expanded into UT County, in 2016, after acquiring an insurance office in American Fork, and Tooele County in 2020 after acquiring another small practice. Lance and his team of 8 agents are now proud to serve over 2,000 households in UT, CO, AZ, NV, ID, WA, IN, and OR. They specialize in Home, Auto, Landlord, Apartment, and Commercial insurance. Another passion of Lance’s is real estate investing. He acquired his 1st rental property when he moved out of his condo, and into his Draper home, in 2004. Since then, both have been used to roll-up into larger properties. Fast forward to today, Lance controls over 80 doors, and 2 storage facilities, all valued over $20M. Most importantly, Lance has been happily married to his lovely wife Trinity, since 2008, and they have 2 beautiful daughters. They live in Sandy and have resided there since 2013. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, vacationing, health & fitness, the outdoors, and acquiring more real estate. We all work hard for our Dreams and disasters shouldn’t be disastrous. Corey Ann Dutton, MBA, PLM is a hard money lender and the founder of Private Money Utah and High West Lending. Corey has been lending to real estate investors for over 16 years in Utah on both residential and commercial property. She also lends in other states in the Mountain West Region of the U.S., including Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, and Nevada. Corey obtained her MBA in 2005 from Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management and is from Austin, Texas. Corey is the Vice President of the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association and the President of a trails foundation that builds recreational and transportation trails in Summit County, Utah.
