Juston Puchar dove into real estate investing in 2004 with the purchase of his first home in Murray. Back then, he wasn’t sure whether to rent it out or live in it. Should just replace the shag carpet, or just clean it? To keep the powder blue counters and forest green backsplash, or rip them out? His every decision was like a puzzle, forcing him to think strategically about what would have the most impact on the bottom line. Fast forward 20 years, and his approach to real estate is much more intentional. Whether he is representing clients, investing for long-term growth and cash flow, or navigating complex senior situations and entrepreneurial ventures, He has worn a lot of hats and learned countless lessons along the way. Every challenge in real estate has helped him sharpen his skills and deepen the understanding of how to create real value—for self and the clients. When he is not immersed in real estate, he is an avid cyclist, pickleball enthusiast, proud husband, and father of three. He is passionate about being present in everything he does and loves the experiential journey of life.
