Sione Inoke is a wholesaler, flipper, and creative finance investor. He is the husband of  most intelligent, driven, inspiring wife, AND she’s also the most beautiful woman on the planet! He is the father to four of the most amazing, creative sons that teach him lessons in fatherhood daily. Sione is building a real estate wholesale company that is rebuilding trust with buyers. Transacted and closed on over 60 properties in the last 3 years. Andrew Hasser is a northern-Utah based creative real estate investor and 20-year Air Force veteran. Andrew became aware of creative finance in real estate while trying to solve a family housing problem; after successfully solving that problem and seeing the benefits of creative finance, he dove head-first into real estate investing and hasn’t looked back.
Being retired from the Air Force, Andrew also enjoys teaching active duty servicemembers and veterans how they too can become real estate investors, and how they can put their mission-focused drive and their service-connected benefits to work for them over the long term. Andrew also teaches fellow investors how to explain these same benefits & processes to our servicemembers and veterans to better serve that community.
