Dominick has been in Real Estate for over 28 years, starting out as a loan officer in 1997 then attending his first creative real estate investor training in July 2003. Seven months later he purchased a rental with $10 down through a Lease Option. He has experience in the following areas of real estate investing: Creative Financing / Seller Financing, Lease Option, Subject-to, AITD’s, Seller Carry Back, Trust’s, Note and Deed, Options, 1031 exchanges & using the BRRRR strategy with Acquisitions. He is a full-time real estate investor and offers consulting for investors on “How to” Find, Negotiate and Profit from real estate deals. He’s helped many clients achieve financial freedom through flipping real estate and acquiring rentals to earn passive income. He’s been involved with Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association (SLREIA) since 2003 and has served on the board since May 2019 and is the current
President. He’s married, has a daughter, son and a 6 year-old granddaughter. Next to real estate investing, his other passion is traveling the world and being a soccer fan and his favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo and favorite teams are Real Madrid and RSL!
