Sheldon has been investing in Real Estate for more than 20 yrs. He has experience in both long-term and short- term rentals, fix-and-flips, land development, commercial, residential, construction, and lending, along with many other trades. In 2013 Sheldon received his master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Utah (MRED). He also participated in a mentorship program with Kirton McConkie Law firm in their Real Estate section. While at the firm he focused on reviewing; contracts, title reports, and any other item that would potentially put a buyer or seller at risk. Sheldon currently works for Academy Mortgage and runs a team of Loan Officers as well as originates his own production. Over the past 12 years as a lender, he has found a niche in helping realtors, builders, and investors along with traditional home buyers. He has been a major asset to these buyers and business partners by helping them understand how to structure their financing, which has helped them fulfill their long-term and short-term goals. Sheldon and his wife along with their four children live in beautiful Highland, Utah. They enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, country dancing, and date night. When they are not traveling or running kids to and from their activities, he and his wife manage their real estate portfolio. Sheldon loves giving back to the community, in doing so he has been teaching a free Real Estate Investment Class. This class has been taught in each county spanning from Davis County to Washington County over the past four years.
Bridger Christensen:
From a young age, Bridger's parents knew he was wired differently. Bridger has always looked for and found ways to make money. From selling clay pots on the corner of his street at age 10 to selling watches he sourced from overseas in high school. He has always been an Entrepreneur.
After serving an LDS mission in Spain, he attended Weber State and received a full ride scholarship as an Ambassador for the Entrepreneurship Program. Meanwhile, he grew a Property Maintenance company. They managed over 100 properties.
A few years later, Bridger and Ethan found out what "Wholesaling" Real Estate was. After receiving a Degree from none other than "YouTube University", Bridger Dropped out of College to pursue Real Estate. Leveraging relationships with Real Estate investors that were doing what they wanted, they were able to learn, grow and expand their business. They created their ‘Wholesaling Mastery’ course to help others find success within the Wholesaling space.
Now, they have done dozens of Real Estate deals and do everything from Wholesaling to Development. Bridger is married to his hot wife, Kassidy. They have a 2 year old son and just had a baby girl a month ago.
Ethan Christensen:
With vivid memories of riding along with his father, Mark, as he would appraise houses, to hearing more about how his uncle was flipping dozens of homes at a time, he always thought he may end up in Real Estate but didn’t know how or when.
His first entrepreneurial venture was mowing lawns at a young age, with memories of printing flyers and knocking doors in the neighborhood to get clients. He has always had the entrepreneurial spirit. Upon returning from his LDS mission in Denver, he began monetizing from his passion of photography by photographing weddings, families, etc.
It wasn’t until 2019 that he and his brother first heard about Wholesaling Real Estate and jumped in head first. Having not taken a course at the time and solely relying on YouTube and Podcasts, a handful of weeks into their endeavor they closed their first deal. Since then, they have done dozens of transactions, started flipping houses, and are apart of their first development in South Ogden.
This past year, they also were apart of their largest acquisition, a 35,000sqft office building in Pocatello, ID. He has been married for 4 years to his beautiful wife and best friend, Mckell. He graduates Weber State University this fall with his Bachelors in Professional Sales.
