Josh Green spent over 11 years in multifamily appraisal and consulting before earning his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah. After graduation, he joined a local developer and had a hand in 1,200+ units built, sold, and rented. He now teaches real estate as an adjunct instructor at the University of Utah and Utah State University, and runs his own courses and workshops independently. Josh is a small-scale developer, consultant and educator. He is the co-founder of Taco'Bout Real Estate and founder of the Impact Development Collaborative. He lives in Millcreek with his wife, four boys, and an Aussiedoodle.
