Angie Watson is the Business Development Manager for First American Exchange Company and began her career in Real Estate in 1999 when she began working as an asset manager securing REO properties for a large national bank. She quickly realized she had a passion for the industry and accepted a position to be the escrow assistant to the owner of a local title company. In 2001 she obtained her Escrow license and since then has dedicated herself to becoming an expert in the field.

In 2019 she took a position working in the 1031 Exchange Industry. She strives to assist investors maximize their buying power and grow their wealth by way of the Like-Kind Exchange. The most important aspect in her work, however, is building and maintaining strong relationships. She cares deeply about her clients, affiliates, and the community so whatever she can do to assist in their respective growth is gratifying to her.

Angie has also worked as the Title Insurance Regulator the Utah Insurance Department and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Special events Committee for the Utah Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women).
