I have a client with a home in the Central City area of Salt Lake City that she is looking to sell to an investor. The home is not currently on the MLS. The home is located at 649 S Conway Ct. Conway court is located between 300 & 400 E off of 700 S. You have to turn north on Iverson and it circles around to Conway Ct. They are one-way streets.
