I have a client with a home in the Central City area of Salt Lake City that she is looking to sell to an investor. The home is not currently on the MLS. The home is located at 649 S Conway Ct. Conway court is located between 300 & 400 E off of 700 S.  You have to turn north on Iverson and it circles around to Conway Ct. They are one-way streets.

It has 1288 sq ft upstairs and an unfinished basement of about 900 sq ft.  3 bed rooms/ 1 bath, large kitchen, dining and sitting room with a fireplace, .10 acres.  newer furnace and H20 heater.  Sold comps of non distressed homes (fixed up and not facing foreclosure) in the area are between $170 - $220, depending upon the condition of the home.  The owners are asking $110K - $115K.  Repair costs begin at $30K and more depending upon what you want to do to fix it. There is an outside entrance to the basement.  It has the potential to have a mother-in-law apt downstairs and so could be a nice rental property or fixed up and sold.

If you are a painter, realtor, lender, title company, appraiser, etc. looking for clients,  you can post it on the bulletin board at the meetings for free and hand out business cards.  Or you can reserve a sponsors table for $60 or share a table (contractors only) with other contractors for $20.
   3.  If you have a house for sale, this would be an item to post especially if you are wholesaling the property. Good deals or good terms only. This is an investment club and our members are looking for good investments. No retail listings.
