Randall has been fascinated with real estate since he was a youngster and has learned from the best in the industry over the last twenty five years. As a teenager, he bought William Knickerson's best seller "How I Turned $1,000 into Five Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time" at a garage sale for 50 cents. After reading the book several times, I bought my first investment property in my 20's.
Currently in addition to real estate investing Randall writes for several different publications, moderates on the largest REI websites in the country and assists numerous other investors in their pursuit for success.
With hundreds of transactions and several hundred rehabs Randall has spoken across the country and mentored agents and investors in the finer techniques of real estate in both the US and Canada. " Integrity First" is his personal motto and one that is required of all successful investors who wish to make a living in this business long term...

Cary comes to real estate from a wasted youth of software engineering and 3D computer graphics. He has been investing since November of '05 in a manner similar to the way a child stirs the spaghetti on her plate into a big mess when she isn't sure that she wants to eat it. He has spent enough on seminars and coaching programs to feed a third world country. Cary is currently an agent with Equity Real Estate. Says Cary "Equity Rocks!"
His first business, the Utah Home Buyers Assistance Program, aids first-time and credit-challenged home buyers to purchase homes with better terms and less money down. He has survived 3 rehabs, 2 no-fix flips, 1 lease/option, and 1 spectacular eviction.

Jared has been involved with accounting on various levels since graduating from Utah State University with a degree in Business Management. He was bitten by the Real Estate bug in May of 2003. Currently, he has 5 rental units, 3 of which he bought without his wife's knowledge. (This approach is no longer endorsed by Mr. Peterson.) Serving as the Treasurer for the association has given Jared an opportunity to learn from the best and give back to others as well.
